is your symbolic card ok? you may have adjectives it and now it does not distribute the signal anymore.

I don`t know bad video card, i see that problem sometimes surrounded by my class, or maybe not enuff knock against, your computer does not turn on for many aim, it could be not enuff RAM, and the video card might be bad
