internet. During the time the blind is switch off but I can not switch on the peak again and then the intricate disk is still power on.therefore I can not switch bad the power.
Moreover I try to use the Ctr +Alt +Del but all is vain. Afterwards I entail to unplug the power switch so I can restart use the computer
and then the blind is act as a commonplace and the rest is fully fuction.
Is it any problem here like Spy and virus respectively.

There can be two diffrent scenarios'
Scenario I
If the power LED of your monitor is on when this thinh happenes them its probably issue next to your display cable or display card.
Solution: Check your display cable. Tighten its screws firmly bringing up the rear the CPU. If problem persists afterwards get you display card check by a technicial (In shield you do use an external Display card)
Scenario 2 (More likely)
If the LED of your monitor is also switched off during this event its notably likely that your monitor's power cable is malfunctioning.
Soultion:
Try shifting the power cable and if possible power up your monitor from an external power supply not from you CPU's SMPS.
If none of the above mentioned solutions work next its better to call a service technician as it might be a problem near you monitor or you display card.

Possibly and if it happen again, I would run a scan, but that sounds more like a power issue. Check the cable into your monitor is safe and sound or swap it out completely.
