My taskbar when to the right side vertival on my desktop. How can I put it put a bet on horizontal at the botton?

You can try "dragging and dropping" the errand bar rear legs into it's rightful position, it may take a few tries. or you can try retarting your computer. Wish ya luck!
click vision, look around.
click on it don't release the button and drag to bottom of the screen.
Click on the Task bar(Blank area).Hold down the mouse moved out button and drag downwards.A border will appear as it reaches the bottom of the blind.Release the mouse.

drag and drop...click and hold the taskbar with the mouse. later drag it where you want it and afterwards drop or release the mouse..that will surely help..
Make sure your taskbar is "unlocked" past you try to drag it. Right-click on a blank space on your taskbar. If you see the item "Lock the Taskbar" and it is checked, click on it to unckeck it and then follow the suggestion in the other answers.
