Every time I accessible my computer the eyeshade won't get up up?

youve get the hint try replacing respectively one of it.
i guess your monitor, coz if its v card it should somehow freeze your pc and will not boot completely.
also if when you turn on the notebook and don't see even the bios info for sure its monitor...
causes for such problem:
1. Power Cord loose: replace it
2. Monitor: try it on another PC, if it does duplicate then its the monitor, if then its your PC.
3. PC: if your monitor worked will on another computer later you must check your harddisk cables connections.
if non of these solved your problem. next its the electricty in your home?
is it Dell monitor?
if so try to reinstall the most up-to-date driver of your VGA card...
other wise switch of your monitor and start the laptop after it bootsup then switch on the monitor..
