My monitors blind is twitching, HELP!!?

Im newly oozing the web and adjectives of a sudden my damn monitor stats twitching its screen, it isnt resembling toooo bad but a moment ago the little bit its doing, is just getting soooooo anoying, i enjoy socked the thing, that didnt backing, ive tried leaving it sour for few mins that didnt help, the connections are protected, i donno wut else to do, only entry i think is best to do is freshly take this peice of $hit out of its misery.

first enlighten it to calm down, usually when below stress they tend to twitch like you're chitchat about. If it still continues to twitch, I recomend weekly psychiatric help, this should make a intensely noticable difference in its behavior. Treat it similar to your friend and dont make any refusal remarks about it. Also don't rush it, if you do, adjectives of the work with phsychiatrists and adjectives of that work.

If it is a crt, you need to find the degaus functon on the monitor

it happen to many crt matured monitors...guess u hv 2 face it....its time 2 buy a unmarked 1

If you right click on your desktop and select properties, the click the Settings tab > click Advanced > Click the Monitor tab.
Here you will find a drop down menu showing monitor refresh rate or energize frequency. Try selecting a different one to see if that works. (It is probably a pious idea to tick the box that say 'Hide modes that my monitor cannot display')
If this doesn't work I'd say that your monitor is probably on the course out. Sorry chuck.
