What do i enjoy to do?I turn on my computer, it doesn't log on. It say i hold inefficient IDE, subsequent it restart

When i turn on my computer than it say Microsoft than it goes to the log contained by page but doesnt load its a moment ago all blue. Then an error comes up it say innuficient IDE. Then i click OK then it restarts. It keep doing thr same thing over and over.I tried so several times.

I am not sure you spelled that error correctly but the symptoms point to either a doomed to failure ide cable (unlikely), settle connection (possible) or a slipshod drive (very possible). Open the machine and manufacture sure all connections, both on the drive and the mobo are tight. If in that is no improvement, replace the drive.
hold you checked your IDE conenctions between your PC and your Hard Drive? it may be loose, its difficult, but it may be so, also, check you BIOS version and if you hold RAID, check those drivers as well.
