Apple PowerBook users: soft or matte display?

I'm within the research stage of buying a PowerBook. Is one style of screen / display better than the other? I'll be using it first and foremost indoors for multimedia purposes (photo-related tasks, archiving VHS / LPs / Audio Cassettes, recording phone conversations, text/voice/video chat, VoIP...etc.) Thanks!

Answer:
Hi at hand... reflection grimace is a constant problem with the Macbook's shimmering screen after trial driving one for a couple weeks. I decided that the matte be better suited for both indoor and outdoor.
matte is always the better choice, glosy creates scowl even in indoor lighting situations i made that misktake but get it changed after i realized
in that is no option when you buy a powerbook, individual a macbok supports the glossy eyeshade
