Probably your monitor is reaching to the extension of it's life, and is incapable of producing correct colors. Make sure the cable is connected correctly.
Not entirely sure....but it could be the monitor cable. If it changes when you shake to and fro your monitor cable...then that's the problem.
If not the cable...afterwards you may have a problem w/your monitor.

Check the cable from the monitor to the computer. Sounds similar to its loose or you have a bent pin
