Graphic Card Issue! Need Help!?

Background info:
Emachine T2958 Window XP
Radeon 9250 symbolic card

I installed the graphic card a week ago and it worked fine, better clear etc. But until yesterday, when i tried to turn on my computer nothing shows up on the eyeshade and the monitor go on sleep mode. I hear no hoot when the comp is turn on and all i hear is the hanger-on running. I took off the illustrative card and turn on the comp and its works fine. Anyone has any impression what the problem might be? And a solution to the problem? Thank you.

Answers:
Does your pc own a vga port on the graphics card and on the pc? If so try putting the card backbone in and attaching the monitor to the pc's vga port. That means of access if the graphics card's vga port is screwed up, the pc's vga port will still provide your monitor with the doll and if the graphics card is working the performance should still be enhanced.

Overall I believe this is a problem near the vga ports, drivers, or a loose graphics card. Just check to see if your card is secured and after the card is in check respectively of your vga ports to see if you can get a signal from any, and if that doesn't work check to see if your graphics card drivers are in that before reattaching your graphics card to the notebook.
go to your bios settings and set the evasion graphics from IGD
to pci or pcie whatever description of hardware is that will help.
