Computer Monitor LCD ...is digital cable better...or...RGB ?

I get a new system...installer hooked the monitor up as analogue....and told me to use RGB ....this give better picture than digital...is this true ??

Answer:
That's not true, a digital input (DVI) will look better and have a sharper picture than RGB.
Yeah DVI is better. Analog requires dac (digital to analog) converters contained by both the computer and the monitor...degrading the signal on both ends..not to mention the degradation along the entire length of the analog VGA cord. On the other paw, the digital signal won't degrade at adjectives...as long as the signal is getting to the monitor it'l be a perfect picture.
If you use digital cable, you will also not have any problem within positioning the display on the LCD. Auto adjust will deal near this problem for you.
