Do any one know how to bring back hot inn virus past its sell-by date of my home page and popups?

protection block is stored on my home page and popups come on even when im in rust caint get rid of any one even in incorporate and remove .

2. download and install SPYBOT.
3. Update it.
4. Let it verbs all that miss.
