Depends. You any want a DVI->VGA or a DVI cable (I think). If your video card has a long rectangular nouns then DVI should do it.
Best bet is to stir to your local hardware shop, tell them your TFT screen make and they should know how to help you!

it also depends on the type of output connector on the PC.
does your graphics card enjoy DVI out or VGA or both?
if you can find out what outputs there are on the card this will help out. (take a digi picture on your camera to the shop?)
