try to brrow a bigger monitor....then in a minute you can open the computer...money the resolution of the graphics card...the resolution will depend on the size of computer...(try not to use a resolution that your monitor cant handle...)try to lower your resolution...consequently after it connect your monitor again...
if you cant borrow a monitor... reformat your pc

I have this problem once - all you stipulation to do to unlock the controls is press and hold the Menu button for about 10-15 second. That should unlock all of the controls.
