Message keep appearing on my peak - "for best point picture please changeover resolution to 1280*1024"

Screen is already at this resolution but message keep reappearing every approx 30 second even when I delete it using buttons on monitor

Answer:
click on start menu- go to control panel
click on display
consequently select settings
change resolution by moving cursor along beside arrow
til it goes to 1024x 768
thats the one i find usually works best
1280x1024 is rather a elevated resolution to be set on
there may be a opening youve downloaded a screensaver or wallpaper this size that could be affecting it-(if so delete it and re-download using 1024 x 768)

click apply to confirm
it will ask if youre happy and yearning to change to the chosen resolution
click yes and close
hope that help
Then there must be something wrong near the Video cable or with the Monitor
firstly coppers it to a different one eg.800*600 then modify it back to 1280*1024. this generally works for me but i dunno if it wil work 4 u!!!
Go to 'Control Panel' and make the revise BUT I think it will simply last for as long as you hold on to that programme running.
