Use either a cleaner made for laptop/lcd screen or a 50/50 solution of alcohol and water. You can also use only plain water if you want, but it won't be as impressive.
use distilled water not touch - will make sure that know deposits acquire left trailing, and you can mix it 50/50 with alcohol - isopropyl is the type i come up with. But the cloth should not be dripping wet, sqeeze it out until it is a dry as you can catch it and don't work for too long on one part of the blind. You could also do a trial on a small section of the blind where it would be smaller amount noticable if something goes wrong.
Well I have this problem once too but i had the regular blind on which i used distilled water and rubbing alchohol, however for you soft screen i would read out to use a softdamp cloth like the ones you use to verbs your glasses and delicately wipe down the screen. There you be in motion!
