I not long received a unknown computer, and a really nice ViewSonic 19 within. widescreen monitor.?

I lately received a new computer, and a really nice ViewSonic 19 contained by. widescreen monitor. However, unlike my old monitor, this monitor have two (instead of one) cords that connect to the back of my computer. One plug surrounded by is blue, the other larger and white. Should I plug them in side to side, or one greater than the other as I've two sets of plugs on the back of the computer.

Answer:
The larger white one is DVI (Digital Visual Interface) the smaller blue one is your D-Sub. If you computer have a slot that matches your DVI plug you single need to plug within that one for the best resolution. The D-Sub (the connector that you are probably used to seeing on your old computer) would've be included for backwards-compatibility for people buying that monitor that enjoy older video cards.
