Why does my computer not galvanize when I click on somthing I already go too?

On the GUI (graphical User Interface) at the top of the page at hand is what looks like a page next to two green arrows, this is the refresh button.
run a disk check. walk to my computer and then dance to the c drive and right click on it. go to properties and consequently go to the tools tab. budge to check disk. click both check boxes and hit ok then click yes if a fanlight pops up. restart and the check will fix anything wrong. then run a defrag. move about to the same place (the tools tab) and underneath it theres a defrag button follow the directions and after all that your workstation should be better that out of the box!
because it cannot refresh the item which is already visit before 2 minutes or other
