Turn your monitor upside down, so the picture is right side up :D

press cntrl and (possibly alt) the up (or down) arrow knob.
works for some graphics cards. you might need to google yours if the above doesn't work.

I think I know what this may be. You may enjoy either an ATI video card or an intel video card. But you should see an deity in your system tray. Right click on the god and look for something called "orientation" Make sure it is at 90 degree and you should be good to turn.

If you use an nVidia graphics card, it's easy. Right-click on the desktop, click on Properties, begin the Settings tab, click on Advanced, click on the nVidia tab, find Rotation in the roll, and finally rotate 180 degrees.
