Yesterday I simply brought 19'inches viewsonic monitor but there is a problem. I am have problem with attitude texts. Texts are not smooth and clear. When I approachable internet explore, on the menu I can't see clear texts of File, Edit or more.

I would bet the resolution is 1280x1024, try that first.
Then try the "AUTO" adjust.
What model is it?
Change the resolution contained by Display Properties to match the aboriginal resolution of your monitor.
