Computer problem?

My computer is switching on mundane but the monitor is making a continuous clicking sound and zilch appears on the screen. When i cart out the chord in the subsidise these sounds continue for something like another 2-3 seconds and later stop. Once i put the chord back surrounded by the clicks start again. Does anyone know what it could be?

Answer:
It is possible that there is a large voltage "arcing" occuring inside the back of your monitor. The most adjectives problem that you are describing, is a breakdown of your "flyback" transformer. This takes the electricity from the outlet, to the power supply in, horizontal and vertical circuits, and also to the "flyback" This device is a step-up transformer that produces 20 - 25 kilovolts to the picture tube. If anything
within this giant voltage circuitry is shorting, the electricity will jump to
parts of the internal monitor. This could be the clicking that you hear.
"DO NOT GO INTO THE INSIDES OF THE MONITOR" IT CAN KILL.
A suitable test would be to turn adjectives room lights "off". Carefully look into the monitor, thru the air vent, as you turn the monitor "on" and "off".
See any sparking? If yes, buy a new monitor, as it may be too expensive to fix. If no arcing occur, that you can detect, then the problem will lay elsewhere.
Consult a local TV repair human being,as monitors are basically tv's in need the tuner.
Sounds like your monitor is going discouraging. Anything funny that happens near monitors usually means that they are going discouraging.

If your computer is broken properly while you are working on it, it could be a problem with device drivers, hardware or software.
