Answer:
If the video card be changed, it may be possible that the drivers were not changed as very well (for whatever reason).
Have them progress to the website of the video card manufacturer and install the lastest drivers for the card.
I dont know why this would slow it down though...possibly the real problem be masked by changing the video card. Check the startup programs, scan for virus and spy.
clear yor cookies and your cashe ... once u win explorer open, walk to Tools on the top menu, click internet options, next click on delete cookies, wiat for it to complete, then hit delete files, and select delete adjectives offline content. this may take a few minutes to complete. consequently click the start buton, and go to the control panel, travel to performance and maintenence, and click rearange files to trademark programs run faster. this will begin the process of defragmenting. you will be asked to choose any defragment, or analyse. choose defragment. This will take some time. I reccomend doing this back you go to bed, as it will USUALLY be done when you win up.
once that completes, reboot, and give it a try.
It sounds similar to she hasn't installed the drivers for the video card yet & that they are operating on Windows standard drivers.
I would suggest that she install the unusual drivers, which can most likely be found online at the manufacturer website and then restart her computer.
the soul needs to instal something
