Can CRT monitors beside with the sole purpose VGA input be used beside symbolic cards beside solely DVI outputs?
Answer:
Provided that they are DVI-I outputs. I would be very surprised if at smallest one was not.
DVI-I have the connections for digital (DVI-D) and analog (DVI-A)
Most graphics cards ship with a DVI-A to VGA converter as the signals are equal, just the connectors are different. If you do not hold one you should be able to return with hold of one pretty easily. Or if your cable plugs into the subsidise of the monitor you can get a DVI-A to VGA cable. The signal point will be slightly better, but it probably would not be that noticeable.
It should work basically fine. I believe my brother has a CRT hooked up similar to this, and it is an older CRT as very well.
yes but if its an older VGA monitor afterwards you may not be able to do illustrious resolutions.
Yes, I'm doing that at the moment. :-)
