How do you move the taskbar to the top of the blind?

Right click it, uncheck "Unlock the taskbar" and later drag it to where ever you want.
If it's not locked, of late click-hold it and drag to the top of your screen.
In window XP.. right click an unused area of the duty bar. a menu should appear. the "lock the project bar" selection desires to be unchecked, so if it has nought by it.. leave it alone, if it have a check on it. you want to click it so it no longer has a check.
consequently you just gone click an unused area and drag it where on earth you want it. easy as that

No Blank Space Under the Start Button:
Carefully place the pointy tip of your mouse right on the perimeter of the taskbar, as if you're trying to pry it away from the desktop. The arrow will turn into an up-and-down arrow. Using your left mouse button (the one you in general click with), click on that spot and keep it held down. Drag the taskbar up a touch bit.
Locked Taskbar:
