My Color Quality drops to Lowest (8 bit) respectively time I embark on Messenger. Why?

Each time I unseal Yahoo Messenger (8.1.0.209), my computer's color quaility drips from Highest (32 bit) to Lowest (8 bit) and it never did that before I download the Messenger. I'm hoping someone out in attendance knows how to correct this issue.

I should also permit you know that I have AOL on my electrical device as well, if that make a difference?

okey if u are using a shotcut right click on it and then properties and next seclect find target it will select msnmgr.exe or whatever it is right click it an run to the last tab if your running xp consequently it should be compatablities then craft sure your not running it in any compatability mode
I be having trouble beside mine like you are have. I found out it was the lead to of my mouse. I had to dance into the computer and uncheck my mouse. I have have no trouble since.
