Anybody oblige me please? Is it a monitor problem or a CPU problem?

Answer:
Try ctrl+alt+the different arrow keys. On laptops that regularly rotates the screen. You can also try right-clicking on the desktop, select Properties, click the settings tab, and look under advanced. Some video cards own a setting in nearby for rotating the screen.
No, your CPU is fine. Your monitor is also fine. Just press ctrl-alt-up_arrow again, or ctrl-alt-right_arrow to rotate.
yes... its the monitor..or the computer might own a virus..
nobiggie

dewcons is right give him the points
do you imply the screen go upside down? if so.. thats not a CPU problem... could be the monitor.. make sure its adjectives plugged in honest and update the drivers. could also be a bad vid card.
Another possibility is that someone have installed a prank program on your computer. If you know what programs and subsystems should be running on your computer, you could do a Ctrl-Alt-Delete and select Task Manager to see what programs are running. If you aren't sure, contact tech support.

If I wanted to annoy someone, I'd probably set up a programme on your computer to run the program every 2 or 3 hours, or every other day at 3pm, or something. That road, it might make someone nuts wondering what be going on...
