110 AC to DC adapter get plugged to 220v?

a friend accidentally plugged our dell printer (110v) into an outlet (220 V). The adapter get burnt. is nearby anyway to fix it? i tried looking in stores if they own the kind of adapter where on earth the input is 220 volts ac and output 30 v dc. but there be none, the max voltage anyone has offered me is 15 volts, I reside here within the philippines thats y i cant go directly to dell.

try to contact dell branch office surrounded by malaysia. They have engineering facilty there.
Talk to dell just about purchasing a replacement adapter, and purchase a transformer that converts 220 into 110 (they must exist, right?)
