yes you can but you will be spendings alot of money because you will necessitate cables and adopters.
For adjectives intents and purposes, no. You would need a USB video appropriation device first of all, beside the drivers, then you would call for to output composit video out of the External PC which may require a VGA to composite video converter as well. Not worth the stab IMO.
