What is the best instrument to route two analog/digital video sources to one monitor?
I own a graphics card, but I'm not sure if the Geforce 6600 DVI port accepts incoming signal. I be also thinking about splitters/switches, but I don't know the best channel to implement these ideas contained by a cost-effective manner. What do you suggest/recommend, and what is the best outlet for acquire the hardware?

You need a converter switch box or VGA box depending on which 2 of the 4 nouns types you plan to use. The best way (cheapest) is to bring that is to use a PIP tuner box ans consequently run your inputs to that. Or you could go elevated end and go and get a HDTV.Monitor with a tuner on the train and use the on board inputs.
The push button here without spending megabucks is to hold a device that can do PIP with separate inputs. I would only get the HD TV beside built in PIP and lots of inputs to collect a headache.
