Had the posters actually read the specs or inherent DVI-D they would not have posted them. Not trying to be rude but abominate to see you purchase something that WILL NOT WORK.

Below is a good site for explanation and why nearby are no easy little hookups for DVI-D. Most population are selling $200 converters which are not worth it.

DVI-D= Digital
DVI-A= Analog
The most popular is:
DVI-I=(((((Digital & Analog)))) this is why they are able to clear little adapters since the VGA port is ANALOG. You can't simply add an adapter to DVI-D since it is solely digital.
