Well QVGA is Quater of VGA (640x480), them all 320x240 display are QVGA. Commonly adjectives cellphone display is LCD, there is also a fresh tecnology called OLED but it is not so adjectives today.
TFT (Thin film transistor) is the tecnology used currently contained by LCD display.
Then the answer to your question is: you can buy one or other cell phone base in its display because the are equivalents or same equals.
