My monitor is so brown, how can I fix it?

My monitor is an hp pavilion mx70 model, and it's so freeking dim, I can hardly see anything when i'm watching video on it, the brightness and contrast is as high as it can walk, I have adjectives the colours (Red, Blue, And Green) up to the max. Is there any possible channel to make this monitor enjoy a brighter display?
