Need some computer monitor/video card support please?

Ok, so I newly took apart my computer (which I have done several times before) and cleaned it out a little. After putting it posterior together I got a washed out monitor light on and a black eyeshade.

I thought maybe the monitor have been moved out unplugged but wasn't the case. When I unplugged the monitor the "No Signal" peak comes on. I made sure the video card was safe and sound and the processor was seated correctly.

Still zilch..............Video Card I tell myself, I don`t know I fried it. I switch my video card into another household computer and it is just fine.

Putting the card from the other comp into mine and still one and the same. My monitor works fine on other computer also.

Is the next logical step a MOBO?

Answer:
it could be a MOBO slot issue. if your MB have integrated VID then remove the card and plug monitor into it and see if monitor works. if it does later you may have dog-eared the slot. mouse and KB should work on other PC as well since the probable apology for them not working here is the MB self try-out is stopping at the VID issue. also you can check both monitor and video by trying to boot to BIOS. there should be a pullover on the MB that you can move and reboot the PC and it will go straight to BIOS. if MON and VID card are working correctly you will own VID in BIOS.
