What happen when a strong magnet comes surrounded by contact beside a computer tower?
Answer:
I agree with below users. The not easy drive magnetically writes data on itself. Ever play next to those magnet thingies where you can move the metal shavings around to net a funny mustche?
The only item a strong (and i mean suitably strong) magnet will do is mess up your hard drive. But if to be precise the case, you can format and reinstall window wich will make the sturdy drive usable again.
It will wipe all the notes in the harddisk.
The magnet won't bother the computer's memory, but your frozen drive might get artificial - depending on the strength of the magnet. The hard drive doesn't sit right against the side of the satchel, so the magnet probably won't do anything to harm any computer parts inside the luggage.
CRT TVs get artificial because magnets are used to direct the electron beams around the CRT eyeshade.
