How do I achieve a team game which is configured to work on a 19" monitor to work full peak on a 15" monitor?

right click on the shortcut/ properties/ where on earth is say target at the back of it after the " type in the aspect ratio of a 15" peak i.e. h600 w800 then it will run within that ratio.
Or check the ingame options
Change the blind resolution. Under your windows control panel, set the display to 600x800 instead of 1024x768. This should give a hand the game to fit onto the peak, but will also make your Windows Icons appear larger. Good luck

The size of the monitor makes no difference it wont merely show a chunk of the picture.
Do you get more picture on a big TV than on a small one.
No the picture is scale to fit. It's the same for monitors.
