Monitor choice?

Should I get hold of a

20" wide 5ms responsie time LCD monitor

or

19" 2ms response time LCD monitor?

(being the gamer that I am -.-)
Is here a noticeable difference between 5ms and 2ms? (games)
Are widescreens better for gaming?

Which one should I bring?

Go for the 2 millisecond time response! Oh, and yeah widescreen is a BIG playground!
