What happen if you don't restart your system? Even though it warn that you hold too? Will it ruin the PC?

Most probably your Avast! Security did an automatic update. In abundant cases updates won't require a system restart, but if it means that positive files (like shared dll's) could not be replaced because they were contained by use by another program a restart is needed. It will not ruin your PC if you don't, but Avast! will continue to use the out-of-date version to some extent than the updated one.
