Can someone please sustain me find a free download of Microsoft Photo Editor?

I used to enjoy it on my computer - but then everything be lost and we had to re-install Windows, and they no longer include MS Photo Editor. I stipulation a SMUDGE tool and this photo editor worked the best!!! I would really appreciate a link or something where on earth I can download it and put it back on my computer. for free obviously. :) Can anyone out there relief?? Thanks!!

Microsoft Photo Editor, which be part of Office XP and elder, has be replaced with Office Picture Manager contained by Office 2003/2007. So if you have Office 2003/2007 you will know how to install Picture Manager.

It is possible however if you still have your Office XP compact disc to install Photo Editor. It is under Setup - Customize - Tools. See the interconnect below for details.

Microsoft has discontinued its easy-to-use Digital Image chain of products. You may be able to pick up Digital Image Suite 2006 for hugely little money in closeouts.
