We can't see dvds on Viewsonic monitor siince tried to put computer and monitor screen to work at same time.

We be able to see dvds until my daughter tried to acquire both computer and monitor screens to work together. She thought that it didn't work because the pixels be too big and she could correct problem. Now she is overseas and I have tried to be in motion to control panel, display, settings, #2 monitor, move pixels a little as per daughters instruction...still black blind.I'd be happy to shift back to have them independent but can't seem to seize there. Any suggestions appreciated.

Do the system restore and select the date that it be working properly. Here is how you do it go to

1:start

2:control panel

3:ceremonial and maintenance

4: system restore (under see also)

5: select the date and click ok

to belief them both on tv and monitor kind of defeat your purpose, but anyways. The driver and software you installed should have an god by your clock bottom right. You need to initiate that up and configure it to you needs. I own mine set so I can drag the movie to the tv and still monkey around on my pooter with other things...do both at alike time.
