try to restart within safemode to do system restore.If that doesnot help achieve someone to run your harddrive as slave to get any pictures or facts,If you have a xp cd you can try the FIXBOOT leeway at the first screen for repair,or at the secound peak for repair run it have your switch handy you will need it,Or newly reinstall windows beware your harddrive could be desperate might have to replace it
Just restart
