Monitor blinking green restrained when connected but blank beside no display?
When I connect my monitor near my computer the monitor's green light is blinking but I don't see any display. When I disconnect my monitor, the monitor shows no singnal found(which is ok)
I connected the monitor to my laptop, it works great(Which communicate me that the monitor is good)
I changed my hard disk, video card, power system but no tuning.
Still have alike problem monitor blinking green light near no display.
I have a AMD beside AGP video card.
The same setup was working for 2 years and I don't know the apology why one day it started showing this problem.

This is regularly the symptom of an external short loading down the power supply of the monitor.
Are you using the same monitor cable both times? If not after try using the cable that works with the laptop or getting a different cable.
Since you read aloud you've swapped all those parts, I'm assuming you must own connected the computer to a different monitor to set things up? If not then do so to verify the computer is working and putting out video.
Other thoughts:
I've never hear of having the video set to too lofty a resolution causing the green bedside light to blink, but try lowering the resolution (or the scan frequency) and seeing if it works?
Make sure the monitor is set to the correct type in window (if that's what you're using) and check your power management settings. Perhaps the video card is putting out an invalid power running signal that's confusing your monitor?
Older house? Poor grounding? Lots of plugs? Try moving the computer and monitor to a separate outlet all by themselves only to be sure there's not a (lack of) ground problem.
