it is set on the lowest resoution so everything is really really big, and i move the handrail to the middle, restart, everything looks fine then the peak goes black and everything become big again, i have uninstalled everything from the internet and most of the other programs, anyone get any ideas?

you didn't voice if you had internal video or a graphics card. Either situation, first reinstall the "VGA controller", afterwards reinstall the graphics card drivers or internal drivers.
set the screen resolution suitable to your monitor. see how it is going on since u apply it. after u think it fixed later apply the screen.
