Question in the region of my PC peak?
Answer:
I assume it is a CRT monitor.
This is normal. CRTs are easilly artificial by magnetic field and changes surrounded by the monitor's magnetic paddock. If you want to see this, leave the monitor on and rotate it though 90" so that it face left or right, consequently look at the screen.
To find rid of these effects there is a circuit within the monitor that degausses (demagnetizes) the monitor. It does this by putting a big AC current though a coil of wire around the CRT for an instant. This creates a strong fascinating filed that demagnetizes the monitor. It also can move the coil and any iron parts contained by the monitor around slightly, and so you get that buzzing / ringing jingle when you power it on from cold.
Have yu kept any metallic thing(keys mayb?) on your speakers or on the tower?
Or check if there are any screw loose.
Yu can sit and find out the source of the noise by eliminate 1 thing at a time. Start disconnecting the mouse, grand piano and other such accessories to find the source of the disturbance. It is unlikely that yur monitor wud make noise.
Is there some hefty object on your grand piano that keeps the key pressed?
