Answer:
That seems to be for a moment bit warm for a laptop. (Mine runs at almost 53-55°C under regular conditions). I would make sure that the cooling vent are not blocked. Also, you might look into a chill pad/cooling pad for your laptop. Hope this help...
Check to see that the vents on the laptop are not blocked, and that it is on a firm, rank surface. If you have ample technical expertise to give somebody a lift open up the laptop short breaking it, then check to see that the adherent is not obstructed or blocked on the inside. Blow out the insides with a can of spray nouns. If you have second thoughts roughly speaking opening it up, hold it into a computer repair shop.
Cooling has other been a concern for laptops. There are USB laptop coolers that work reasonably well.

59*C is a short time warm. If your laptop is somewhat sluggish it could be that there is a program/application to be precise maxing out the CPU. Windows Media Player has be known to do this. Even after closing it holds the CPU. To check if you enjoy an app that may be doing this, press ctl-alt-del and then the Processes tab. See if near is a program that is maxing out CPU Usage - System Idle is OK to be glorious.

If your hard drive runs adjectives the time, it may be a good perception to do some cleaning - i.e. spyware, malware, virus, defragging, registry cleaning, etc.

Hope this helps.
