Core 2 duo T5200 next to 1ghz or dual core T2030 beside 1.6 ghz ??

I am stuck near which one to buy core 2 duo T5200 with 1ghz is better near 1gb ram or dual core T2030 next to 1.6 ghz processor with be better the models are hp pavllion 6137 and hp pavllion dv2124 .. please recommend , as per as I know core 2 duo with more T is powerful the T5200 I resembling the notebook but it has 1ghz ... please advocate which one is better to go ...

intel core 2 duo > t5x00 / t7x00 > 64 bit processors

3 factor u gotta watch out for
i. clock speed, ghz
ii. fsb, mhz
iii. l2 cache

solitary t7x00 has 4 mb l2 cache
rest hold 2 mb l2 cache

fsb > mostly 667 mhz, earlier one's 533 mhz

clock speed > 1.6 - 2.33 ghz

these are the regular, widely held processors
besides them, a new product t2060 launch ... stay clear of this processor
