Dell inspiron 6200?? internet?

ok i hold a dell inspiron 6200 laptop and i have my own wireless internet beside Sprint. Well i use the internet all the time but it lately now stopped working on me? and i call sprint but it was not within problem. they said to use the internet i needed to use U7 and not U6 (which i am currently using). they said i can download it with microsoft? anybody know how to do that or can backing me out here?? step by step please if possible

I am not totally sure I read between the lines the question. But my hunch is you are conversation about IE7 and IE6. Because i.e. pretty much you can download that would concur with the thought process. Are you using IE6 as your browser ? That would not be an issue as far as internet connectivity. You probably inevitability to get another hi-tech rep address your issue with Sprint. You can slickly download IE7 from the download site at microsoft.com. If you have more information and still call for help, please attach any details.
