1- 600Mhz processor, 100 Mhz faster than other one
2- 15" screen bigger than other one (14')
3- 30GB i.e. 10Gb more than other one.
disadvantage:-
1- 128mb RAM - This is the individual thing because of which I will veto this laptop. 128MB is pathetic low memory for XP system (specially when service pack 2 is also installed). If you buy more RAM remember, it will cost you something like $22 more, then this laptop is worthy of buy considering adjectives other parameters.

between those two i would pick the first one and add some more hit. It has a faster cpu and have a bigger screen.
