All in adjectives you shouldn't worry nearly it!
Take a look at the Microsoft Knowledge Base article in the relationship. What you describe sounds a LOT like the error message contained by that article.

What happened be that last week Microsoft released an out-of-cycle patch that turned out to own some problems. The MSKB article has a connect to a fix for it. A patch for the patch, as it were.

Also, the patch that came out this week included a fix for that problem. If you've be installing all of your Windows updates and the problem seem to have gone away by itself, that medium you fixed it yourself when you put the latest updates on your computer.

If everything seem to be working fine on your computer, there's nothing to verbs about and you don't entail to take it to a shop. Hope that help!

EDIT: Ignore the thumbs-down troll. You are getting a LOT of good answers here, and whoever's giving the thumbs-down doesn't know squat what they're discussion about.
DLL is Dynamic Link Library, its a library of executable files, witch are files that variety programs start...could have low memory, desperate memory, a virus, many different things, BUT if its running to your fulfilment then...Great! soak up
