Adjust touchpad sensitivity???

i hold a dell laptop,the touchpad adjustment used to be in the
lower right foot corner but it`s not there anymore.my cross-examine is how can you adjust the sensitivity??

If it's like my HP, after you do it on the Control Panel, under Mouse, on the tab labeled Device Settings, and down underneath a place called "Sensitivity"
