When contained by sheltered mode..?

when my laptop is surrounded by safe mode, the blind comes up with an "administrator" and "user" i know the password for niether. but i didn't meditate there be supposed to be a password for the administrator when in nontoxic mode. so, what am i supposed to do when i reach this blind? thanks.

try clicking on both and if they both require a password then you have need of a bootable password reset disk.
the password of both administrator and user will never change contained by any mode. that would be same as what you feed contained by normal mode.u cant use it until u know the password.
i meditate user is not supported in protected mode.
