What firm drive do i call for to buy?
I get a ACER ASPIRE 3620 Laptop, and i want to upgrade my hard drive. Can someone relate me what kind of firm drive do i need to buy?

carry one which fits your needs. anything larger can be added as an external device using any a firewire or usb connection. i hold a desktop with a 40gb, a 300gb, and a 160gb external for support up the program files i have.
I found several sturdy drives for your computer, but there is a slight problem. The largest sturdy drive I found was a 120 see fo about 100 bucks. the speed of the unyielding drive was 4200 rpm, which is slower than the current drive you enjoy now. The slower a thorny drive spins, the slower information is retrieved. If you go near a bigger HD you will need more memory, unless you already hold 2 gig surrounded by your computer. The problem with laptops is that for the most fragment, they are designed the way they are to be used and thrown away after 3 or 4 years. Laptops are a huge misery in the but to upgrade as all right.
My suggestion to you is to go to Geek Squad, or some other tech service and find out how much they want to upgrade your laptop. They not lone make sure the parts clash, but they guarentee their work as well. You may find out that it is cheaper to find a new one that will be faster than to upgrade your out-of-date one.
